30 DAY MEDITATION
Welcome to the 30 day #summerofmeditation challenge! By cultivating awareness through meditation, we can connect to our heart's desires, find balance by grounding to the earth, and expand our consciousness by opening ourselves up to the universe. We invite you to join us and cultivate a sweet meditation practice of your own.
To find stillness, sit and meditate daily for 30 days in a row. Start with a duration you feel comfortable with, it may be 20 mins, it may be 5. Find your comfort in the practice and allow yourself to grow naturally in the process.
Developing a daily meditation practice will ease the mind and promote deep healing and awareness. It helps you become more balanced and grounded, so that you can be your highest self and act from a place of love. When you put in the time, you will begin to dissolve tension, anxiety and stress while strengthening your intuition and expanding your consciousness.
