As we delve into our practice and explore new depths in the asanas, we begin to play the edge. Playing the edge is the idea of feeling one’s way into an asana and exploring the edge of intensity. Being aware of our physical and mental limits within each asana, we can explore the edge with awareness of breath and mind body connection. Move into each pose with foundational alignment and from their explore the asana with elegance and ease. Listen to your body, move deeper into the asana with intent or back out of the asana with patience. Respect where you are each day and in each pose.
