Yoga 213 brings a new practice to Australia, combining music and yoga to create a rhythmically based yoga experience. The studio encourages students to let the music inspire their practice, to let go, and tune in.
Yoga 213 offers two styles of yoga, Chill is a slow Vinyasa flow class that is paired with reggae, acoustic folk, James Vincent McMorrow, Fleetwood Mac and old school r'n'b for a relaxed atmosphere. Their Hip Hop classes will make you move, a strong fluid Vinyasa flow class paired with loud beats - Jay Z, Biggie, Frank Ocean, and electronic. Pick your vibe and find your groove.
We love the fun and fresh vibe of Yoga 213. It's great to see yoga's evolution, finding its way into niches and attracting a demographic that might not otherwise give it a go. Embrace your flow. They have two studios in Australia, one in Melbourne and one in Sydney. Be sure to try a class if you are in the area and connect with Yoga 213 through instagram and facebook to stay updated on classes, workshops and events.
