We have a special offering to share with you. We've partnered up with Lindsay from Well/Aware and created a 30 Day Meditation Challenge that begins on Summer Solstice. We are harnessing the special powers that Summer Solstice brings to begin this challenge. On this day, the Sun's energy is at its highest and most radiant. It's a beautiful time to renew and raise our energy in order to manifest our dreams. By cultivating awareness through meditation, we can connect to our heart's desires, find balance by grounding to the earth, and expand our consciousness by opening ourselves up to the universe. 6/21 - 7/20
To find stillness, sit and meditate daily for 30 days. Start with a duration you feel comfortable with, it may be 20 mins, it may be 5. Find your comfort in the practice and allow yourself to grow naturally in the process.
Developing a daily meditation practice will ease the mind and promote deep healing and awareness. It helps you become more balanced and grounded, so that you can be your highest self and act from a place of love. When you put in the time, you will begin to dissolve tension, anxiety and stress while strengthening your intuition and expanding your consciousness.

Meditation is an area of our practice that we truly want to deepen and strengthen, which is why we decided to create this challenge and open it up to the community. For myself, I really wanted to commit to a daily sitting practice and find that stillness so that I can listen to my inner voice and intuitive messages that arrive from being still and grounded. Alex wants to find more groundedness through his meditation practice and clear out congestion in the mind. He feels meditation allows him to honour the present moment in many different ways. Our intention and theme for the challenge is finding ground and feeling grounded, because it’s only when we’re grounded in ourselves that we are able to manifest our heart's mission.
