Ground down to rise up this morning. Feel energy rise from the feet, up the spine and extend out through the fingertips in Urdhva Hastasana. This is a welcomed asana to include in your daily practice as we transition into Fall. Urdhva Hastasana will circulate energy throughout the body and help relieve any anxiety we may be feeling as we move into a new cycle and season.
