DAY 10 SUMMER OF MEDITATION
Muladhara, Root Chakra, is our meditation focus for today.
Come to a comfortable seat, close the eyes and sit tall. Bring your attention to the base of the spine and begin to breathe into this area. Allow the sitting bones to ground down into the earth. Let the earth body and your physical mind/body feel as one. Feel the earth support and embody you with its subtle energies.
