Meditating breath by breath....

Observe your inhales and exhales, notice if the breath is shallow or deep...tense or free. Notice where in the body your breath takes you. The breath can help us notice if there is any tension, pain, resistance, or darkness within the body and can also bring awareness to areas of ease, joy and beauty.
