DAY 4 SUMMER OF MEDITATION
For Day 4 of the#summerofmeditation challenge let's focus on breath counting...
Sit in a comfortable position with the spine tall and shoulders relaxed. Soften the eyes and tune into the breath...from here take a few deep breaths, then allow the breath to flow naturally. Take an inhale and as you exhale count 1...take another inhale and exhale count 2...inhale and exhale 3...continue until you reach 10 and then repeat. If your mind starts to wander, start back at 1. Try this meditation for 10 minutes or more.
After your meditation notice how you're feeling...a relaxed body and clear state of mind...take this clarity into the rest of your day..
