DAY 9 SUMMER OF MEDITATION

Dhyana (meditation in sanskrit) is an integral part of the 8 Limbs of Yoga. It helps us step towards higher consciousness every moment we sit. 

Asana practice (physical yoga postures) prepares the body to sit in meditation. Today practice sun salutations and/or ashtanga primary series and then find stillness in your seated meditation, Dhyana.
