Personalized yoga sessions holistically created to nourish your needs. In these sessions we utilize asana, pranayama and meditation to bring a sense of awareness and energetic balance. With this awareness comes the potential to tap into your creativity, consciousness and self-expression.
Yoga privates are perfect for those who want to deepen their practice or those new to the yogic path. Sessions are 1 hour and include a 15 min consultation during the first session.
