Spring is the ideal season to cleanse and rejuvenate. As the young shoots and fresh greens sprout in nature, we're reminded to eat and embrace cleaner and lighter foods. The Spring Mind Body cleanse will focus on nourishing foods, smoothies, cleansing herbs and spring tonics to revitalize the body and shed toxins. The focus of the cleanse will be on detoxifying the liver, the organ associated with spring and the main detoxifier of the body. To further support the detoxification process we have included creative detox yoga flows along with cleansing pranayama (breath work) practices and nature activities.
