This meditation encourages a circuit of love and energy between one another. Find an open space. Start facing each other in a narrow upavistha konasana. Slide towards your partner until you are so close that one of you has their legs resting on top of the other. Now lie on your backs as each of you extend your arms to hold the feet of the other. This simple union of your hands to the feet of your partner creates a never ending line of communication. The rest is up to you. Engage your intention and love and allow it to flow out your hands into the feet of your partner. Breathe in comfort, breathe out love. Let the breath and energy flow and bathe in this connection. Take all the time you need.
